THE FINAL WALK OF THE YEAR

The final walk, a walk to round up the year, a walk of final reflection, a walk to a new life, a walk to a NEW YEAR. A walk to end the unhappy things happened in 2005. That is the most important, to forgot any unhappy things and start life refresh.

Today, I took a long, relaxing stroll down Bishan Park. I ask myself questions after questions, some I even can't remembered now. But the most vivid question of all is did I hurt anyone this year, did I heart this person deep? Fortunately, the answer is no.

Past achievements is my another question. What have I achieved this year? Starting from my academic, this year has been rather a up and down for my academic performance. Now is to await for my O'levels to overall sum up my academic achievements.

Next is my relationships with my friends. Through this holidays, I have certainly know alot of my friends better. I have rather break out from my small mini group of friends and have expand it to a larger circle. This friends are basically, Joseph, Jack, Han Siong, Jeffrey and Anne.

It is really a pity to see most of my friends heading to a very different life from me. Well, this is life, you cannot be with your friends forever. Just have to learn to adapt to it and make new and better friends. I certainly hope that I can convince some of my friends to enter JC, but it is really all up to them. Let's just hope that something really strikes them and they want to enter JC.

Then, come another group of friends who will be leaving me, meaning migrating to other countries for further education. Let's just hope once again, they bring back sweet memories of GYSS and never forget us, 4e1 and of course me.

To sum up, this has been a very emotional year for me. See ya people!

The Unknown X'mas Gathering(Pt 2)
We were exhausted and again we took a rest at Cheers. We bought some instant noodles and sat down at a table not faraway from Cheers. Eating happily, I was unwrapping Emile's gift, which is a cute little big purple pen which reminds me of Mace Windu's lightsabre.

Chatting away happily, then came another spooky event. Our table was quite near the roadside, very quietly we actually heard someone playing some very old classic music. Intially we thought we were hallicualting due to the hunger. However, it was NOT. The music became clearer and clearer. We stopped eating. The music gets closer and closer. We can't help trying to know where the music is coming from. WE NEVER DO. The music just played mysteriously from nowhere. And once again, out of desperation, we gobbled down our food and head down to our next destination without looking back...

So we thought it was the end of the spooky stuff, we head down to several LAN gaming shops hoping to calm our nerves from all those experiences. NOW, at this point do you know why this group is so energetic, whereas almost the others are almost dying? We went to at least 5 LAN shops but it was such a concidence, under the new law, all LAN SHOPS MUST BE CLOSED BY 3 AM. Therefore, we had no choice but to continue travelling.

We were near Orchard now, cautious of all those spooky stuff. Jack, being our team leader tried to cheer us up by telling us a little bit of his love life. So, I posted Jack a question, were he ever tempted(you know what I mean). The answer I expected was probably too naive. You know what I mean? Amidst of the cheerful talk, spooky stuff hit us again...

It took us quite a while to realise it as we were all too busy asking Jack questions. Actually, we were walking at least 5 streets without stopping, every single time we reached a traffic junction, the greenman always appear. And the pattern is that Jack has to be in front of us in order for the greenman to appear consectively. How do I know that? Because after the fifth traffic light, I switch position with Jack, meaning I was in front of them, and the traffic light DIDN'T TURN GREENMAN. Once Jack comes in front of us again, the greenman miracle appear again. SPOOKY OR WHAT?!!!

This is when out of fear, I want to know whether we are still in Earth, I sms Joseph this message " I luv u hahahahahahahaahahahaahahahahahahahaahahahhahaahha" Luckily he didn't reply, if he did I would have fainted. Phew, we continued our journey, with quite a number of calls from Han Siong. Jack called Chia Yu to lead Han Siong's group to safety, hoping that they don't encounter any spooky things.

In the end, we reached Orchard Cinelesiure and sat down waiting for Han Siong. Jack was furious, scolding them. It was pretty funny, when Han Siong and the rest finally arrived, they were all half-dead except for a few. We bought tickets to a movie and watched. STUPID MOVIE, WASTED MY $9.50 FOR NOTHING!

The journey came to an end for us, hope you enjoyed it. This is all real.

The Unknown X'mas Gathering
HaHa! This is the unknown story in the x'mas gathering. The unseen footage, for those who sat at the staircase doing nothing.
While most of my classmates sat at the staircase at marina bay, a small yet adventurous group set off to seek fun and excitement, breaking free from the negative influence of the idle group.
The members of the group: Me, Jack, Emile, Zhong Ming and Jun Yuan.
We set off towards our first destination, Dhoby Gaut. Jack, our team leader led us to the uforgettable adventure. You want to know what really happened, read on...

We set off, we walk and walk. Fatigue takes a toll on us and no surprise, spooky things happen to us. We travelled through to a very strange place completely deserted. There was no lights, no sound, we actually can hear our own breathing. It was dead silence. The first spooky thing happen to us, we are actually walking in circles, we met the same dead-end at least twice, this actually spooks us. More bizarre was that we went to a road that was no cars and no traffic lights. We try to calm ourselves down and luckily we managed to get out of that place.
We were near SMU where the next spooky thing happens.
We were walking, as I said there was no people. BUT SUDDENLY, out of nowhere we actually, I specify WE actually heard Anne's voice nearby. We were so terrified, she can't be nearby, we were so far ahead of her. Out of fear, I shouted Anne's name. The moment I shouted, the voice disappear. We want to re-confirm whether that was really Anne, just at the very moment, Han Siong called us. And he told us everyone was still at the staircase. We sense something wasn't quite right and the voice seems to be coming nearer and nearer...
We RAN AND RAN until we finally reached someplace where there is life.
We arrive at our first destination, Dhoby Gaut. We were all exhausted so we went inside of Plaza Singapura but it was locked. We went to find a place to sit down after all the running. The next spooky thing happen. After the small break we had, we decided to head down to Somerset, we passed one shopping mall, a very strange looking one, even Jack can't recognise it. The others didn't notice except me. So, this is what happen. Through the glass wall, I saw a security guard, I went into the shopping mall, the security guard really slowly lifted up his hand asked me to leave. And I did, BUT the moment I turned my head away, there was a shocking chill went down my spine. It was really cold. I turned my head back again, the security guard was gone. I asked Jack and the rest to leave and I sense something wasn't really right. I didn't tell them the experience so as not to spoil the mood.

We continued our journey, we were really exhausted...to be continued.
X'mas Gathering
Went to my class x'mas gathering, which is definetly the last gathering of the year for me. A new year is starting and new goals and ambitions will once again be filling my mind. Actually throughout the gathering, 50% of the time I was reflecting the 2 years spent together with my friends. Many of us are going our own separate ways, where some of us are even migrating to other places to seek other education. It's a pity that our fate ends here, and I wish them all the best. I just wish that I will not make the same mistakes I once made with my primary schoolmates, alienated them and lose most of the contacts with them.

The X'mas Gift
For the 25% of the time during the x'mas gathering, I was actually thinking of how to present the x'mas gift to my friend. Of course, the friend is a girl. Don't you think it is a waste buying a gift for person of the same sex? I don't think it serves any purpose unless of course that person means alot to you, but otherwise, if it is just a normal friend, it is pointless giving a present to the same sex. As I said, I spend alot of time thinking of how to present the gift, I myself don't know why I took such a long time. Maybe because this is my first time giving a gift to a person and furthermore a girl. Talking about the girl, if she is reading this, it has been a really wonderful 2 years being classmates with you and I hope we still stay in contact, I don't want to lose this precious friendship.

Aftermath of X'mas Gift
Finally, after much thinking, I managed to give her the gift! Yes, my main objective was completed. The ironic thing was that it was way pass x'mas day. I didn't know that I took at least half a day to present the gift to her. She seems surprised that the gift was meant for her, but the main thing is that she is happy. That's good enough, isn't it? That feeling was actually quite great, I didn't know that seeing people have that happy look on that face makes one feel so great, feel so powerful.
